How to register your restaurant in Zomato?
Zomato has both a review listing as well as an order listing. Here are the steps to register your restaurant on Zomato.
- Create a Zomato review listing.
Visit Zomato’s add restaurant page. Provide the requested restaurant details and submit the form. The listing will be pending moderation and should get approved in a couple of days.
- Submit request for Zomato Partner Registration.
Visit the this page to access the Zomato Partner registration form. Submit the form at the bottom of the page to register your restaurant for online ordering.
- Alternate method: Call the Zomato tie up contact number.
Instead of filling the Zomato partner registration form, you could instead give a missed phone call to +91-8039654500. Zomato should call you back in a day.
- Keep soft copies of legal documents ready.
You will need to provide copies of your company GST, FSSAI, Owner’s PAN, and restaurant bank details. Meanwhile, finalize the online ordering menu, additional charges, timings etc.
- Get paperwork done and go-live.
In a few days, the Zomato representative should call you back for paperwork. You will also be assigned a Point of Contact (POC) when you go live. In case you get stuck somewhere, you can reach out to your POC or email to restaurants@zomato.com.
