How long is the free plan valid?
If you signup now you can continue on the free POS plan as long as you stay within the free plan limits. If you need customer support, you have to upgrade to a paid plan.
What happens when I overflow my free limit?
If you overflow your free limit, you will be able to continue billing, but the receipts will not be synced to the cloud. You can get in touch with us to upgrade your plan.
Can I change my plan at a later time?
Yes you can upgrade your plan anytime.
How do I make payments?

You can purchase a plan from your SlickPOS account’s subscription page. You can also contact us on chat or email to team@slickpos.com

If I choose the monthly plan, how do I make recurring payments?

If you choose the monthly plan, we will sign you up for recurring payments using your credit card. Every month the subscription charges will be automatically debited from your card.
